Black Man Named Casey Anthony

Right now probably isn’t the best time for anyone by the name of Casey Anthony.

A 43-year-old black man from Darby, Pennsylvania, who shares the same name as the 25-year-old Orlando, FL white female who last week was found not guilty of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, can attest to this statement.

According to reports, Casey Anthony of Darby has been receiving threats through Facebook, along with at least 300 friend requests, messages and posts, all aim to the wrong Casey Anthony.

“I can’t change my name ladies and gentlemen,” Darby’s Casey Anthony said.

“After the verdict that day, it went crazy. It was like everybody wanted to know and wanted to comment on this Casey Anthony situation.”

Anthony also received numerous phone calls, due to his number being posted on his profile of the popular social networking site. “Making comments about the verdict, who am I to take a child’s life. And then I’m sitting back like excuse me, I’m not the Casey Anthony you think.”

Also, two of his sons share the name Casey Anthony, causing his whole family to deal with these cases of mistaken identity.

“Every night on the news I hear my name..every day, all day,” Anthony said.

But why do both of his sons have the name Casey Anthony?

On second thought, we’ll just leave that alone.

Mr. Anthony might want to look into getting that name change after all, or maybe just change his name on Facebook.
