Sean Kingston Talks Crash, Open Heart Surgery
Sean Kingston is speaking out on the near fatal jetskit crash that almost took his life in Miami.
As previously reported, Kingston was rushed to the hospital Memorial Day weekend after crashing a jetski in a serious accident that left him hospitalized.
Now he’s speaking out for the first time on MTV First: Sean Kingston and explaining that he not only needed treatment for his inuries but had to have open heart surgery.
He tells Sway Calloway,
“A lot of people don’t know it was a deeper situation. I had open heart surgery and I had two other surgeries; it was a life-or-death situation…They were gonna send me home, but then I had felt a pain in my left chest, and I told my mom. They rushed me and they did a lot of scans on me…They said I couldn’t leave.”
Kingston also suffered a broken jaw and wrist from the May 9 incident.
