Lil Wayne Working With Joe Jonas
It seems Lil Wayne has tired of rap and is branching out t to more pop-influenced music.
The Jonas Brothers member Joe Jonas recently revealed that Weezy will be joining him for a remix of “Just In Love,” a song off his upcoming album Fastlife.
“He just jumped on the record, and it’s just super awesome to see that somebody like him would wanna support me,” Jonas tells Billboard. “It means the world to me, and I love his rap, it’s so dope.”
Obviously excited about the collaboration, Joe also revealed that it will premiere October 3rd on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show.
Billboard also shared a line from Weezy’s verse, but it’s not among his most clever work; “We makin’ love like animals/ Planet of the Apes.”
“Somebody like Lil Wayne, who owns the market and who is a powermaker in his genre, supporting me is really exciting,” The Jonas brother adds.
