T.I. Released From Halfway House

T.I. is officially a free man now that he’s been released from an Atlanta halfway house.

According to TMZ, the rapper left just after midnight after finally being released from federal custody.

T.I., real name Clifford Harris, spent 10 months behind bars for a probation violation after being arrested on drug charges.

As previously reported Tip’s release has had several complications.

On August 31 he was released from an Arkansas prison but went back to incarceration September 2 for an issue with a tour bus.

Following that Tip was released September 15 and ordered to a halfway house where he’s been up until today.

His release coincidentally coincides with the BET Hip-Hop Awards weekend.

On Sunday he will host a lavish brunch alongside NBA player Amare Stoudemire.

TMZ got footage of T.I. leaving the halfway house, check it out below.
