The children of the late Martin Luther King Jr. have finally reached an agreement concerning their famous father’s estate. As previously reported the King kids, Bernice King , Martin Luther King II and Dexter King were at odds over funds from the estate’s bank account.

Bernice and Martin II took Dexter to court for saying that he illegally and fraudulently converted estate funds and should be forced to repay the money and reimburse the plaintiffs’ legal costs. The document, which lists five counts, does not say how much he is accused of taking.

Now as jury selection for the case was set to begin, the heirs for reached an agreement for now ceasing the impeding civic trial that would reveal personal and private information about the estate, King, Incorporated.

Their settlement agreement states that the siblings are “deadlocked” as share holders and a temporary custodian will run King, Inc. The custodian will work alongside the siblings to determine the future of the corporation.
