40 Glocc Has Gun Charge Dismissed

California rapper and G-Unit affiliate 40 Glocc aka Big Bad 40, beat a January gun charge earlier this week due to lack of evidence.

Glocc was arrested at the top of the year when a 9mm handgun and ammunition were discovered in a vehicle occupied by him and several associates.

In all, 40 and three others were charged with gang involvement and carrying a loaded firearm in a public place.

The rapper received $100,000 bail.

After 10 months of legal haggling, 40 has been exonerated of all charges due to lack of evidence.

“The gun charge has been burdening both me and my Zoo Babies for quite some time,” Big Bad 40 explained. “The worst thing that can happen to you is have someone wrongfully accuse you and you have to pay a debt for a sloppy lie. From here on in, my fans, my supports and my believers can rely on me to fight for my music to hit the top charts.”

The Cali rapper’s upcoming album Big Bad 4-0 New World Agenda is scheduled to hit stores December 6.
