Pharrell Launching Womenswear Line
Pharrell Williams is expanding his brand to include more than just his new Qream liquor, the Neptunes head is also prepping his Billionaire Girls Club line.
The rapper/producer whose Billionaire Boys Club has been on the market for years, recently revealed his womenswear plans to WWD and confirmed that his line would hit stores by 2013.
He also made sure to give props to some of his favorite designer’s collections, Marc Jacobs, Alber Elbaz and Rei Kawakubo.
“Every Comme des Garçons show is just perfection and Alber Elbaz is a genius, too. So is Marc Jacobs. I am so inspired by each one of them. They are totally imaginative. I wish to be that way one day.”
In addition to his women’s line Pharrell is also said to be working on opening a new BBC store in China.
