Shaquille O’Neal spoke to Stephen A. Smith about his time with the Lakers, his new book and of course his issues with Kobe Bryant.
Stephen tried to get more info about Shaq’s statement in his book where he claimed to want to kill Kobe.
Although he went hard in the book, Mr. O’Neal tried to soften his words and say that the threat was an “ebonic statement.”
“Sometimes when you focus on the task, the relationship dwindles,” said Shaq.
That task was winning and Shaquille says the Lakers did that.
“If you look at the clip you just showed, when I won my first championship, who jumped in my arms?”
