The West Coast’s underground icon, The Jacka, is enjoying the success of his latest album as well as an esteemed honor from a local newspaper. The Bay area newspaper, the San Francisco Weekly, is giving him a nod through their ‘Weekly Music Awards’, selecting him as their winner for their Rap/Hip Hop category. For his next single he’ll break coastal lines and tap Philly’s own, Freeway, for their single, “They Don’t Know.” Their video is said to be currently in the works. Along with his production with the Philly god, Jacka also has “Drought Season 2” with Berner, “Neva Be the Same” with Laroo THH, “GoBots 2” with Lee Majors, and “Devilz Rejects 2” with Ampichino of Ohio.
