‘X-Factor’s’ Astro Signs Record Deal With L.A. Reid & Epic Records

 

After an impressive run on FOX’s Hit Series, X-Factor, Brian “Astro” Bradley has reportedly inked a deal with his mentor, L.A. Reid, at Epic Records, reports MTV News. Once the Brownsville, Brooklyn rapper was eliminated on the December 1st, 2011 episode, there were rumors that the 15 year-old would be signing with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label.

However, Astro’s stepfather Colin West, couldn’t confirm that to be the truth when asked by XXL. “We can’t talk about anything right now.” West told XXL.

Astro will be formally announce his new record deal on today’s (January 18) episode of MTV ‘RapFix Live‘ at 4PM ET.
