An Ohio man is in police custody after six decomposing bodies were found at his home. Anthony Sowell served 15 years in jail for a rape conviction and has since been regularly reporting to a sheriff’s office. He was arrested after detectives with a search warrant found two bodies on the third floor of his duplex and a fresh grave in his basement. By Saturday a total of six bodies were counted.
Two bodies were identified by county Coroner Frank Miller as black females and one had died of a violent death ruled a homicide. No race or gender was determined for the others. Autopsies were performed on all six bodies but no cause of death or names were announced.
