Gucci Mane checked in with HOt 107.9 Atlanta and addressed a few topics including getting career and financial advise on the regular from Birdman and Master P and if Yung Joc and Gorilla Zoe would be joing his label. La Flare also touched on his relationship with Big Meechwhich many assumed was non-existent because of the previous history with Gucci and  Young JeezyHowever, the B.M.F. head did appear on Gucci’s new mixtape Trap Back. 

The “Lemonade” rapper also delved in on his new movie being shot by Mr. Boomtown featuring Rocko, Waka and Shawty Shawty which will show the rapper’s comedic side this summer. In the candid interview, he also talks about the supposed beef between him and Waka Flocka.   “That’s my brother,” Gucci told Emperor Searcy and Miss. Shanika. “We were in the studio last night recording.  He working on his new album.  Everything’s Gucci but between me and Waka, we gone always bump heads sometimes because we like brothers.  But we always get past it so no mater what we go through and what you hear we always get past it.  We dedicated to each other  because no matter what we get into it about, we try and work it out.”

Gucci also talked about his fallen comrade Slim Dunkin, who was murdered in December, and how a star was eclipsed on the heels of success. “Slim was an all around great guy and one of the most loyal people I ever met,” said Gucci. “He was an unbelievable talent and I hate that he lost his life so young because he was on his way to big things.  He was the next thing coming out The A… hands down.  Other rappers were embracing him and passing him the torch… doing features for him, cameos…allowing him to get on their songs.  He had a great shot.   ”
