Today, former Roc-A-Fella executive Kareem “Biggs” Burke pleaded guilty to charges to distribute more than 100 kilos of marijuana. Burke will be sentenced on May 18th and faces up to six years in prison.

Under the terms of his plea deal, Burke must surrender $660,000, his crib in North Bergen, N.J., and a 2010 BMW.

Along with Jay-Z and Damon Dash, Burke is one of the founders of Roc-a-Fella Records. In late 2010, Burke was arrested as part of a massive drug investigation by ICE and the DEA. The silent partner in the Roc was ironically caught speaking on the phone about drug deals thanks to government wiretaps that were part of an 18-month investigation called “Green Venom.”  The feds seized 177 pounds of marijuana and  millions in drug profits–and now Burke’s Beamer. Included in the over 40 people arrested, besides Burke, was High Times Magazine editor Matthew Stang and the alleged head of the drug ring, Geovanny “Manny” Rodriguez Perez.
