The Trouble Man has been on his best behavior (unlike Mystikal). So much so, that the judge in T.I.’s case recently granted him more freedom to travel outside of the state of Georgia.
According to a report by TMZ, Tip’s probation officer submitted a request on the rapper’s behalf asking that he be allowed to travel out-of-state for more than his allotted seven days. The request was approved by a judge yesterday, giving the rapper 12 days to handle B-I outside of the Peach State.
According to T.I.’s PO, the rapper has completed a required drug and alcohol counseling program and has been nothing short of an exemplary probationer in the past few months. The Kang has roughly five months left on probation. Then he can go wherever he likes.
The Atlanta rapper spent several months in an Arkansas prison last year following a 2010 probation violation stemming from a 2009 felony weapons conviction.
T.I.’s eighth solo album, Trouble Man, is due out later this year. He released the single, “Love This Life” earlier this month. The rapper also recently hinted at a potential future movie role as a Marvel comic character.
