This article is misleading “8 things you should know about the Avengers before you go see the movie” or should be what I should know about the movie it started off right but it went down hill but I still don’t know about the Avengers I just know about the movie

How do you figure Captain America is kind of a racist  I saw the movie and did not pick up on that at all.Thats whats wrong with us sometimes we try to find racism in everything.

  • Sunnycocoa

I saw no racist over or undertones from the Captain America character and to equate his belief system with pre-civil war era is off. Captain America’s character I much too preoccupied with the “Stars and Stripe” propaganda he was created to spread during war time to keep patriotism abreast. Two totally different things.

I loved the moive I saw it twice being the Marvel geek that I am.  I did not really like this article and I never did sense any racist undertones from Capitan America.

i loved the movie and im a young female who has never seen the previous movies that explain or built up to the avengers. i knew the hulk gets big and green when he’s angry. but i didnt understand why they kept calling the man the other guy until he got mad. i didnt know who the black swan was or the man with the bow and arrow, i recognized one person from the xmen movie. but thats it. but this movie started action packed and kept me glued the entire time. i didnt even break from the movie to ask why these characters were beefing. i just laughed and kept watching. and it made me want to see the other movies and i asked my fb friends to tell me who the characters were so i could find the movies and have a redbox weekend this weekend. i love going to the movies. i went with my mother and brother on mothers day at cinebistro…. best experience ever! love love loved the movie.
