De’Angelo Marquel “D-Roc” Holmes, also known as one-half of the Ying Yang Twins, was arrested in Georgia last week for driving under the influence, reports the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Holmes (not sure if he’s the Ying of the Yang) , was driving under the influence while his children were riding in the car.

A Gwinett County police officer saw Holmes swerving in his SUV, and promptly pulled him over. “He crossed the center line several times,” police Spokesperson  Cpl. Jake Smith told a local news station. According to Smith, the officer smelled alcohol and weed, as Holmes drove by with his window rolled down.  Upon further search, the officer found “Mary Jane” and Xanax in the vehicle, as well as car seats carrying his 3-year-old and 2-month old children.

Holmes was charged with a total of seven offenses including two counts of DUI child endangerment, two counts of regular DUI, drug possession, and making an improper/erratic lane change.  After being booked in the Gwinnett jail, he was released on$13,500 bond.

He and his music partner haven’t released an album since 2009’s Ying Yang Forever, but recently linked with Justin Bieber for his “Boyfriend” remix.
