Machine Gun Kelly sits down with Karen Civil to discuss his “Lace Up” brand, Interscope issues, and his ongoing issues with Yelawolf.

The Cleveland native kicks off the interview discussing his anti-Jimmy Iovine rant that tooks place a while back. He claims the story within the rant was supposed to be an explanation of his growth as an artist. He admits it was a tabloid stunt pulled to gain viewership for his music.

MGK goes on to address his intial negative attitude towards the “Invincible” single. His explanation includes a realization that the record wasn’t offered to him to as an attempt to water down his artistry. It was actually an opportunity that contained potential for him to have the chance to perform in larger arenas.

The “Wild Boy” rapper closes out the interview shedding light on the constant Yelawolf/MGK beef speculations.
