Chicago representer, Mikkey Halsted gives us the aggressive flow on an impressive new track titled,”W.M.F.,” on which he addresses those who are jealous of his success. Along with potent bars, the track has noticeably great production that can be attributed to the legendary No I.D. and Don Cannon. That Diddy “My Downfall” soundbite was a nice touch, too. Honestly speaking, with a team like that producing for you, even struggle rappers have a gleam of hope (Editor’s Note: Not to say that Halsted is a “struggle” rapper).

“W.M.F.” is set to appear on Mikkey Halsted’s new project, Castro, which releases August 8. No I.D. and Don Cannon served as executive producers on the album, so it’s safe to say that fans can expect a lot more of this. Check out “W.M.F.” below.
