In the second episode of Lil’ Wayne’s DEWeezy webisode series, the Birdman Junior talks about exactly what made him want to become a skateboarder and take it seriously. When this video was recorded, Wayne was in his fourth month of skating under the mentoring of Adam Z from New York City.
Wayne has now been skating for a year. “It’s about conquering a physical challenge, and a mental challenge,” Wayne says about the new hobby. “I really found a second love, and music is in trouble because I am in love with this skateboarding s**t and I would not lie to you.” Hit the jump and check out Wayne’s words from the man himself.
