A Texas judge is so up in arms at the idea of President Obama earning another four years that he believes that a civil war is imminent. Clearly delusional, Judge Tom Head told Fox 34 Monday (Aug. 20) that police in Lubbock, Texas will need extra tax dollars to prepare themselves for the end result of Obama winning the 2012 election.
Head believes that the commander in chief wants to change America as we know it. “He’s going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the United State to the U.N., and what is going to happen when that happens?” he said. “I’m thinking the worst. Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe, and we’re not just talking a few riots here and demonstration, we’re talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy.
“Now what’s going to happen if we do that, if the public decides to do that? He’s going to send in U.N. troops. I don’t want ’em in Lubbock County. OK. So I’m going to stand in front of their armored personnel carrier and say, ‘You’re not coming in here,’” the judge said. “And the sheriff, I’ve already asked him, I said, ‘You gonna back me?’ He said, ‘Yeah, I’ll back you.’ Well, I don’t want a bunch of rookies back there. I want trained, equipped, seasoned veteran officers to back me.”
Head wants Lubbock residents to agree to a 1.7 cent property tax rate, or end up having to submit to a foreign takeover which will ultimately occur if the president is brought back in office. He is also asking for expansion of the sheriff’s department, and a pay increase for attorney’s on the DA’s staff to stop them from being sought out by another country that will give them higher salaries.
In light of his ultra-crazy rant, Democrats are calling for Head to resign, including Democratic Party Chief Kenny Ketner, “It’s really up to Judge Head to do the right thing and resign, and stop embarrassing Lubbock County. I wish we were getting worldwide attention for something better than a crazy county judge, but what are you going to do?”
On the contrary, Republican Party Chief Carl Tepper, thinks Head’s opinions are well within his civil rights. “I don’t agree with him, but everyone has their opinion. I can respectfully disagree with him and he can still be an elected official,” remarked Tepper.
The Texas Democratic Party also released a statement on Head’s words calling the Republican opposition to his resignation “nonsense” and “dangerous.”
