Frank Ocean will be making his MTV Video Music Awards performing debut on September 6th in Los Angeles. Joining him will be Grammy award winning, multi-platinum selling singer, Rihanna. Ocean and Rihanna join One Direction, Taylor Swift, Green Day and Pink , as performers on the annual show which will air from the Staples Center in Downtown Los Angeles, California.
Frank Ocean’s been on a furious run since releasing his debut album, channel ORANGE, this Summer and a stand out performance is looking to put a stamp on the stand out summer that the Odd Future crooner has had. Rihanna, along with Drake, is tied for the most nominations at the 2012 VMA’s including Video Of The Year. A performance from the tabloid mainstay is sure to be one of the most talked about moments of the show.
The 2012 Video Music Awards air Thursday, September 6th and is hosted by comedian, Kevin Hart.
