Nicki Minaj spoke to The E! Network last night on the red carpet for the Video Music Awards in Los Angeles. While she stopped to talk to the network, she revealed her plans to re release her latest album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. She will call the album  The Re-Up and according to this interview, she will be dropping the album in November. The re-packaged-album will contain several new songs, with the first single premiering next week.

Although Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded did well in sales, it didn’t match the success of her debut album commercially or critically. Hopefully The Re-Up lives up to her own lofty expectations. “I’m putting lots of new songs on there and I’m dropping the single next week,” says Nicki. So Barbz, you are going to spaz, you are going to love it, you are going to go crazy!” Nicki Minaj also deflected any rumors that she was signing on to join the cast of American Idol. “You know something, I don’t know yet. I really don’t know,” she said coyly. When asked if it was up to her or the producers of the show she responded “Everything in my life, every opportunity in my life is always my decision.”
