Neal Brennan (the co-creator of Chappelle’s Show) was a special guest on Grantland’s Animated Archives with Bill Simmons. In this hilarious phone conversation that was purposefully and thankfully animated to give proper context, Brennan talks to Simmons about meeting Prince at a show with Dave Chappelle and Questlove.
In typical Chappelle fashion, the crew meet Prince and all types of freaky Prince-like activity happens between them that make the infamous “Charlie Murphy: True Hollywood Story” seem all the more real.
