Travi$ Scott’s star is starting to turn in 2012. This producer/rapper out of Houston, Texas has been a staple over at illROOTS, ran by blogger-turned-music video director, Mike Waxx. This new track, “Old English” is off of his new upcoming project, Owl Pharoah, features the rapper formerly known as Chip The Ripper, King Chip.

Travi$ Scott can also be heard on the new G.O.O.D. Music album, Cruel Summer, which hits stores tomorrow. He produces and is featured on the song “Sin City,” which has already become an early favorite. Scott is currently unsigned but rumors are flying that the Houston rep will be signing to Kanye’s imprint. Hit the jump to listen and download “Old English.”
