Lil Wayne was hospitalized, and released, yesterday (October 25th) after experiencing what has been reported as seizure like symptoms. TMZ reports that Tunechi was aboard a private jet that was forced to make an emergency landing in Texas in order for the YMCMB rapper to receive proper medical attention.
Sources say that after landing sometime in the afternoon, Weezy promptly was taken to a local hospital. The rapper was then released later in the evening. No word on what caused Tune’s illness, but he is said to be “doing better.”
Late last night, Karen Civil of Beats By Dre and KarenCivil.com, tweeted, “Wayne’s fine… He ain’t got no worries.”
Lil Wayne’s 10th solo album, I Am Not a Human Being II, is scheduled to be released sometime in December.
