“Yo son, Popeye’s is closed. Dunkin Donuts is closed. Starbucks is closed. McDonald’s is closed. But folks, Kennedy Fried Chicken on Saratoga and Livonia Avenue is open. I repeat, Kennedy Fried Chicken on Saratoga and Livonia is open,” reports Price.
