Just when Nas thought the dust was settling on his ongoing court battle with Kelis, he’s finding himself shelling out more money to his estranged wife. Nas has been ordered by a federal court judge to give Kelis, $51,000 a month in spousal and child support.

As previously reported Escobar was shelling out an already outrageous  $40,000 a month in spousal and child support and even made strides to have his spousal support payments blocked.

Unfortunately for Nas, a federal court judge had other plans. Instead of ceasing Nasir’s spousal support payments, Judge David Cunningham III ordered him to increase his monthly child and spousal support payments to the ridiculous number of $51,101.

The order came after it was determined that Nas made enough money to pay more to his ex and their young son, Knight.

According to his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, the judge made the right decision and that overall Nas came out ahead. Through “the agreement” Nas will no longer have to pay the expenses of the former couple’s Los Angeles home.

Now Kelis, with your new record deal I thought you were done emptying out Nas’ pockets. Damn girl, guess not.
