Kurupt has delayed the release of his forthcoming Money, B-tches, Power mixtape.

Coming off the death of his son’s mother, Blaque star Natina Reed, Kurupt sited “ various circumstances,” as the hold up.

Last month the 40-year-old released the track “Money(Do It For Me)” off the forthcoming mixtape, but it looks like he hit a roadblock in getting the release to the people before the end of this year. “The mixtape Money B-tches Power has been delayed again due to various circumstances,”  he wrote in a statement posted online. “#MBP mixtape will be released early 2013. I would like to thank everybody for their support with this project & throughout tha years. I promise you #MBP will be worth tha wait #Uhearme #Gotti.”

It’s a wonder that he’s even able to focus on music given what he’s gone through with the loss of his ex. In a true show of love for Reed, who died just ahead of her 33rd birthday, the Southern Cali native covered her funeral expenses.  He also released a statement calling her untimely demise a “tremendous loss.”

Georgia police have yet to uncover the exact steps that led to Reed getting hit by a car on a Georgia highway, but have urged the public to reach out with any information that may help solve the case.
