		<description>I worked as a teacher for 7 years at California State Prison--Solona in Vacaville.  I finally had to quit because administration asked me to set my clerk up which I would not do.  I taught English to immigrants and re-entry to Americans.  Until the rehab process is taken away from custody control there will be no rehab.  I was forbidden to give any positive reinforcement for the prisoners, only negative.  The system is the Prison Industrial complex and is a money-making machine.  I agree with the article.  It&#039;s an uphill battle to shake up the liberals and open their eyes.  I now volunteer with the Prisoners&#039; Rights Union on J Street in Sacramento.
