One more thing I breezed through comments on bossip, allhiphop, thisis50, SOHH and twitter. For those talking about loyalty, kites etc. Get a grip and hold on to IT! My loyalty goes to and comes from GOD and my family. I.E Husband and children. Seems to me people are searching for something that they are incapable of giving themselves. Question? For all the hard core street folk have you ever had a 20Year old shot 4 times on a dirty corner die in your arms while cars pass by bumping rap music that brags about death? Hmmm cause I have. Trust it will make you see life different "this Can't be Life" let somebody give me a record label or shoot just a clothing line and see what I do especially if I have kids! Gangsters on the internet AINT on the street they in the Pen! Or dead or on their way. Yesterday I was in west oakland and there was a funeral for a 18yr old but the police was there making sure the funeral didn't get shot up! How Sad! 1st you dead at 18! 2nd my tax dollars go to paying the police to be on stand by to keep uneducated folk from further causing pain. I could go on but if I have a store I will NOT allow you to rob me and especially not in my face! When inventory is missing, someone has to pay for it. Well how long are you supposed to keep letting folk steal? You won't have a store for very long. This a sad tale but it was avoidable this man has what 8 kids? That's where his loyalty should have been. Uneducated black folk are the WORSE! Blame everybody else but themselves. That's why I love the Bay. RIP-Plan B, Mike "Dream", Seagram, Mister C, Mac Dre, HitMan' CoogNut,Rappin Ron,Pac and all the bay area and other areas fallen soliders. Miss you but would you wanna be apart of this? I'm ashamed of Hip-Hop/Rap it is pathetic.

A very well written perspective. They say there are 2 sides too a story and then the truth. I seriously doubt we will ever fully understand either truths without being that individual. With that being said I have watched this entire story and definitely not saga unfold. It is kinda sad. I'm from the bay and I root for the home team. The E40s, Jacka, LiveWier, Beeda Weeda, LockSmith etc. Having a small business entertainment company myself I stay atune to what goes on in Hip-Hop and such. I never really checked for Beanie because everytime I heard about a product coming out it was usually followed by drama. I.E-jail and drugs. I heard him come with some tight verses and perhaps he is a tight rapper but his "business persona" outweighed his business sense and when I say that I mean his "street business" why should I give a listen and spend my money on a rapper who is that street when I can enjoy Oakland, Cali or the bay artists? We've got our own Beans. My main question of the timing and the desired effect was this why throw in personal? His marriage (Jay Z) in the mix? That makes your motives suspicious right there and once you go there any sympathy I may or attempt at understanding goes out the window. If you do the crime do the time. Was it in a contract that if you went to jail I would come see you? You def AINT PAC! And nowhere near heck PAC even had Madonna visiting my point is people outside of philly wasn't feeling dude like that. I like some of Jays music, some songs and a few had beans on it about 2-3 but that's it. I am a female and I used to Love Him! Hip-Hop but not anymore. I AINT mad at Jay do it then between 50, Baby, Beans and others what can he do? But last time I checked it was him and Alicia performing. The War is this educated vs. Uneducated. Simple which is beans? Which is Jay? Which are you?
