Dr. Steve Perry, the prolific Principal at Capital Prep Academy and HipHopWired’s resident educator impresario, is bringing his wisdom to the masses through the ‘2009 Joseph Business School Economic Empowerment Summit.’
Joined by the likes of Bishop T.D. Jakes and actor Derek Luke, the man responsible for his school’s 100% graduation rate is especially enthusiastic about being selected to be a part of the esteemed panel.
Keeping in his assured and confident nature, Dr. Perry told HipHopWired that he and his fellow panelists were geared up to show up and show out, providing advice to individuals hungry for help in the struggling economy.

The two-day conference kicks off at 6:30 p.m. today at the Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park, Illinois. It features a career fair and workshops that will teach and preach the fundamentals of recession proof business practices.
