Katt Williams Sued For $232,000

Katt Williams' year is taking another turn for the worse, largely in part of an ex-employee who's taking him to court.

As previously reported Katt was arrested in November and then involved in an incident in a Georgia Walmart a month later leading many to believe he was in jail once again.

Now with these recent allegations, he's finding himself the main target of a $232,000 lawsuit by his former assistant.

Jacqueline Guitterez claims that Kattpack Investments, Inc. did not pay her for her services while working with Williams.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Gutierrez had to pay for all her own expenses during the ten months she worked with Williams. She is seeking $32,000 in out-of pocket expenses, nearly $60,000 in hotel expenses as well as other charges adding up to the $232,000 total.

Damn Katt…really hoping 2010 is a better year for you. Seriously!
