A Florida girl appeared in court Thursday after police say she stabbed and killed her mother's boyfriend before going to school in bloody clothing.
16-year-old Berenice Jaurez is accused of planning and carrying out a plot to kill 42-year-old Gilardo Romas Paz.
Police say Juarez posed as her mother in a text message conversation asking the man to meet her at a local supermarket.
When he arrived, she approached his vehicle and stabbed him at least two times in the chest before leaving to go to school in a blood stained sweatshirt.
Her brother told authorities that she confessed to the crime at lunch time.
Prosecutors are debating whether to try the girl as an adult.

Indianapolis police are searching for a woman after they say she forced her 5-year-old daughter to steal a purse at a local Chuckie Cheese restaurant.
Surveillance video shows a small girl who police estimate to be around 5-years-old, being instructed to take a woman's purse by a woman in red.
The woman who's purse was taken, Mandie Harrington, reported the theft to store management prompting them to play back the surveillance tape.
The video shows the woman in red with two little girls. She shows the 5-year-old where the purse is before the little girl takes it a man at another table.
The woman takes it, hides it under a coat and leaves.
Police do not believe this the first time the child has been promoted to steal.

As Wayne prepares for his jail bid, one thing is apparent and that's' that the Cash Money/ Young Money train won't stop.
Before he goes in, Wayne is on record to film at least 20 videos that will feature him alongside other artists as well as his Young Money and Cash Money crew.
As Hip-Hop Wired previously reported, Lil Wayne took a visit last week to the dentist for a list of procedures including 8 root canals in preparation for his sit down.
In a recent interview with British radio personality Tim Westwood, Weezy discusses his upcoming The Carter IV album as well as his label roster which includes Nicki Minaj and Drake being about their business and making sure the label propels while he's on hiatus.
Wayne also spoke on the reports that he was having a hard time selling his Miami condo because of the aroma of Mary Jane throughout the building. Wayne stated,

Battle MC, Canibus, has been off of the radar in the industry for a while, but after a three year hiatus, he is remerging with his new album Melatonin Magik, which was released this month.
Rumor has it that his lead single “Only Slaves D.R.E.A.M” is a lyrical jab at Hip-Hop veteran KRS-One, for remarks he made about the 1998 lyrical beef between Canibus and LL Cool J on the Beef II DVD.
“LL Cool J is a lyrical icon,” KRS-One said. “ You don't come out of your mouth asking to borrow nothing, you need to be happy just to be on the record.”
I'm all for creativity and battles, but it seems as if Canibus is reaching if this is the case. The battle was over 10 years ago and the Beef DVD was over 5 years ago. Really Canibus needs to let go and take the battle for what it was, experience.

R&B singer and “The Color Purple” play star Fantasia Barrino now has to beef up her security.
The former “American Idol” winner received a threatening letter last night after her performance at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, her manager said the singer became more than worried after reading the letter filled with racial slurs including “N**er” and a line that read “go back where you came from and die.”

A Mississippi family is in an uproar after they say have video of police stomping, beating and choking one of their family members.
The Haynes family of Clarksdale, Mississippi contacted the local news after they say police used excessive force when arresting 21-year-old Steven.
Steven was on the front porch of his home when police arrived to arrest one of his cousins.
The family says police ordered them to go inside the house but Steven declined, telling them that they were on private property and that they didn't have to.
When officers went to arrest him, the man threw money in his pocket to his older brother apparently prompting police to choke and stomp him.
The entire incident was caught on tape through a relative's cell phone camera.

Eve is having one hell of a February as reports surfaced that the first lady of Ruff Ryders owes more than $357,000 in delinquent state and federal taxes.
Records show that the rapper turned actress owes the state of California, who filed a lien against her on Jan. 29, 2009; $29,059.
This will make the second lien filed since 2008 with the Los Angeles County Recorder of Deeds. This may explain why she has decided to (more...)

Nasty Nas just can't seem to get a break.
This morning he pled not guilty to contempt of court, in a proceeding for his bitter divorce from failed pop star Kelis.
Kelis' lawyers allege that Nas has failed to pay $200,000 in court ordered child and spousal support.
Did she ever make that much when she was relevant???
Since she can't get it on her own, the “Milkshake” singer seems to make it her new job to bleed Nas dry as he was ordered last year to pay $51,000 monthly in child and spousal support.

Mitt Romney is already showing what type of ass he'll be if ever elected president.
The Republican and former Massachusetts Governor had a man ejected from a plane last week after an altercation that he apparently helped start.
As it turns out, the man ejected from the flight was LMFAO member Sku Blu.
On a flight from Vancouver to Los Angeles on Monday, it seems that the confrontation occurred when Sky Blu leaned his seat back while the plane was still on the tarmac and Romney, who was sitting behind him, started yelling at him to put his seat back up.
