Rappers ranging from Diddy to LL Cool J to Master P donned the clothing and FUBU stood as THE attire for urban America.

A new decade brings a new page for the clothing brand, and rapper Jadakiss looks to help usher back in the movement as he's now (more...)

Wednesday, February 24th, 2010

Hip-Hop Wired recently caught up with Naughty By Nature and chopped it up about Tiger Woods and the golfer totally ignoring the instructions on how to creep on the classic “O.P.P.”  Treach stated,

“It was in his catalog one time or another.  He knows about it but it wasn't our fault.  We didn't tell him to do it.  No. no, no (laughs).  But we supporting him though because we see how they do.

That type of situation is between him and his family.  They ain't gonna beat him on the golf course so they got to beat him somewhere else.  We gotta support our own.”

Teacher Subdues Gunman Shooting Students At Middle School [Video]

Wednesday, February 24th, 2010

Occurring nearly three miles from where the Columbine High School happened 11 years, ago a middle school math teacher was able to stop a gunman from creating a new tragedy.

Taking place in Littleton, Colorado, the suspected gunman was pacing through the parking lot of Deer Creek Middle School where he was taking shots at students with a hunting rifle before teacher Daivd Benke tackled the gunman.

Described as a 32-year-old gunman, Benke, with the assistance of another teacher, brought the shooter to the ground and subdued the attacker before he could cause more harm.

According to the Associated Press Benke was unable to stop the shooter before he was able to let off another shot.

"Unfortunately he got another round off before I could grab him," Benke said. "He figured out that he wasn't going to be able to get another round chambered before I got to him so he dropped the gun and then we were kind of struggling around trying to get him subdued."

Benke stated that he was monitoring the parking lot when he heard the sound, believing it was a firecracker, and went to investigate.

Out of the chaos, two students were shot in the mayhem, but both have survived with one remaining hospitalized in critical condition at The Children's Hospital.

The shooter, Bruco Strongeagle Eastwood, is expected to face at least two counts of attempted murder.  In regards to a motive, authorities are unable to figure out why Eastwood targeted the school, but reports show that he attended the school back in the 90's.

He is currently being held at Jefferson County Jail.

According to Eastwood's father, his son suffered from mental problems and heard voices.  He added that his son was dealing with financial problems.

Ex-WABC Sportscaster Pleads Not Guilty To Rape Allegations

Wednesday, February 24th, 2010

A former sportscaster for an ABC news affiliate is denying allegations that he raped a 14-year-old prostitute.

Marvell Scott of WABC 7 has been charged with rape, patronizing a prostitute and endangering the welfare of a child.

Assistant District Attorney Lisa Friel believes Scott met with a pimp in Times Square where he picked up a 14-year-old and another 16-year-old girl.

She says that the newscaster took the two girls back to his apartment and had sex with the 14-year-old.

When the girl changed her mind and asked him to stop, she claims he said:

“Just a little longer.”

The pimp who sold him the girls has since been arrested and told investigators that a few days later, Scott called back to request the 14-year-old again.

Police have phone records that confirm a call to the pimp was made.

Scott initially denied ever seeing the two girls but then admitted to letting them inside his home to use the bathroom. He then says after realizing they were “up to no good”, he kicked them out.

He could face up to 7 years if convicted.

He was released on $10,000 bail.
SMH.....I love how he changed his story, makes it so believable.

Please throw the book at this man.
