A man pretending to be a dentist in Chicago has been arrested after police say he operated a fake dental office, taking patients to an auto garage and operating on them with power tools.
Francisco Rendon was arrested Thursday after police found his faux dental lair on the Southside of Chicago.
Operating out of a rented room Rendon had a leather office seat for his patients and a garbage can for spitting instead of a sink.
Police also found syringes, dentures and pain killers. They also found tools including a power tool traditionally used to polish metal.
Rendon claims to have a dental license in Mexico but police say he does not have one in the U.S. or the required business license for his service.
He faces a misdemeanor charge of providing medical service without a license.

Capone -n- Noreage recently checked in with Hip-Hop Wired spilling a few details on their upcoming new project The War Report 2 dropping June 15th.
In true C-n-N fashion they held no punches and even admitted to a few faults of their own like Nore's infamous Newport chain and not paying his cable bill and the difference between being "ghetto" and "ignorant."
"You don't have to stop being the person you are because you live a certain way. You are who you are but there's a difference between ghetto and ignorance. Now the Newport piece that I bought, that was ignorant....That was the first time I felt like I played myself a lil bit..."

A Chicago man has reached an agreement with county prosecutors and will plead guilty to setting his two sons on fire to avoid the death penalty.
35-year-old Kaushik Patel will plead guilty to the 2007 murders of 4-year-old Om and 7-year-old Vishv making him ineligible for capital punishment a prosecution decided Friday.
Prosecutors say on November 18, 2007 Patel doused his two sons and himself in gasoline and then lit them on fire.
He says however that it was a suicide attempt and he did not mean to harm his children so he drove them to a relative's house who called 911 for help.
The boys' mother Nishaben Patel testified against her husband saying that the 7-year-old told her that the father set them on fire on purpose before the child succumbed to his injuries and died.
Police also report that the children suffered far worse injuries than him and he made an incriminating statement to a relative admitting that it was a failed murder-suicide.
There will be a sentence hearing for Patel on May 18.
Patel who was recovering from his injuries when this picture was taken had been seeking a way out out of the death penalty for years before prosecutors reached this settlement.
