A young girl in New Jersey is in fear for her safety at a local middle school after being jumped over her braids and having the beating recorded on camera.

Middle school student, Felicia Daniels states that she was attacked by another girl from school because the other girl didn't like her hair.

“At first she came up to me and ran her fingers through my hair and said your hair is cute,” Felicia told WCAU, “Then next thing you know she started pounding and pulling my hair.”

Felicia, who lost large amounts of hair in the attack, states that while she was fighting a third student recorded the fight on a cell phone then sent it to her and around the school after the fight was ended by a neighborhood adult.

School administrators plan to use that video in their investigation to see which students were involved.
