A California man is in police custody after authorities say he committed a double murder for profit plot, killing two people and dismembering their bodies to hide the evidence.
26-year-old Daniel Wozniak was arrested Friday after police discovered the bodies of his neighbor Samuel Herr and his friend Juri Kibuishi.
Authorities believe that Wozniak, shot Herr at a military base and decapitated him, leaving his torso at the murder scene and hiding his head and limbs in a local park.
Kibuishi's body was discovered on May 22 with her clothing removed, a tactic police say he used to fake a sexual assault.
Wozniak was arrested for the crimes just hours before he was scheduled to get married and reportedly told police where to find his neighbor's severed head.
Police are reporting that the pair was murdered for money but have yet to provide further details on a motive.
As Uncle Luke faced scrutiny and court appearances for the lewd language and alleged nature of his group, 2 Live Crew, his problems at home are becoming something that require more attention.
The daughter of Luke, legally Luther Campbell, who was featured on his reality show Luke's Parental Advisory, is looking to get her own 15 minutes of fame and using her dad as the catalyst with allegations that he used to brutally beat her mother.
