I have read the original trial transcript and it shows that Mumia did not get a Fair Trial, just as Amnesty Internationals comprehensive review confirms. Even the Conservative legal journalist Stuart Taylor,Jr. has written in American Lawyer of December 1995 that even though he thinks Mumia is probably guilty, he surely did not get a fair trial. How could a police officer forget that he heard a confession for over two months after the original incident. Officer Wakshul who guarded Mumia in the hospital, wrote in his memo book "the negro male made no statement" then all of a sudden he "remembers" something different and the jury NEVER hears all this.PLEASE!!

Free Mumia! Will the Obama administration continue to keep this man locked up in order to appease whitey? Or will he grow a pair and do the right thing? Obama and Holder are very familiar with the cir*****stances of his conviction, and well aware of what COINTELPRO did to our black leaders. Obama should give into the people's demands and free him!

His supporters are only asking for an investigation of why this case was mishandled from the beginning, changing precedents in jury selection and bias and unfairness of the judge.
