Brandy & Ray J's Brother Takes DNA To Test To Prove His Legitimacy... Did Papa Norwood Show Up??? [Video]
Brandy and Ray J's illegitimate brother Danyelle "C-Dove" Brown took his DNA test this weekend to prove once and for all that Big Willie Norwood is indeed his father.
Brandy and Ray J's mother Sonja has already made her feelings known that she doesn't acknowledge him although Ray has met his big brother before.
According to C-Dove's Myspace page, he was born May 6, 1975, at University of Chicago, Lying In Hospital Chicago, Illinois, to his mother Lynetta Brown and his father Willie Ray Norwood Jr. both parents were raised in, and, are from Greenwood, Mississippi. He is the only child that his mother has.
As previously reported, C-Dove asked his father to take the test as well but did he show up. Watch and see if Willie Norwood Sr. stepped up to the plate and acknowledges his possible first born.

Willie Norwood, Sr. should have provided a sample of his DNA. Even if it turned out that he is this young man's $perm donor, or not . If he is a match, he needs to be a daddy to this young man...it's never too late to ask for forgiveness. At least there would be closure for all parties involved.

It's not about growing up. This MAN has a right to know who his father is. He has a right to know the man that contributed to his life. He has a right to know if cancer, diabetes, stroke, heart disease or any other medical condition runs in his family. The BAMMA that said "Grow Up" obviously isn't an adult. See when adults make discussions-there are consequences. The fair and just thing to do is step up to the plate. Seriously, though, who would show up to that circus? Cameras, random people you don't know. Willie Norwood has a lot at stake, and of course, he's going to be cautious about showing up in an unknown situation. It's unfortunate that this man is searching so desperately for his father, and that he cannot get a conclusive answer about whether or not Willie Norwood is his dad. There are two sides to every story, and no one should jump to conclusions because this is only one side. I know dude is hurting and means well, but this whole situation could be handled better. You can't MAKE someone be a parent. This man is GROWN now. He can't make another grown man have a relationship with him if he doesn't want one. He needs to move on, and devote his energy to his own kids. It doesn't get any easier knowing who your dad is, and knowing he STILL doesn't want a relationship with you. He says this isn't about money, so let it go, and just focus on being a good, HEALTHY daddy to your own babies.

I don't condone what Mr. Norwood has done in terms of abandoning his possible child. This is something that should've been resolved many years ago.
However - The way this "c-dove" has went about getting answers is ridiculous to say the least. From the looks of the place he expected Mr. Norwood to show up to, I don't blame him for not showing up at all. Like someone else this was a complete circus show. C-Dove looks and acts as though he's a ghetto hoodlum. I was so disappointed the second he opend his MOUTH. Both Willie and "c-dove" mother are responsible for the charade.

This is so stupid! Did he really need an interview to take a DNA test? I don't blame Willie Norwood for not coming. He knew that this mess would be mad GHETTO. This man that claims he is Norwood son came to some drive thru DNA testing place and thought that Norwood would show up to something like that. I mean use your head silly. WTH? Is this some kind of check cashing/std clinic? It is obvious that this young man needs answers so that he may find peace. However, his approach to acquire these answers was all wrong. We know that the Norwood family is famous for many things including sweeping touchy subjects under the rug and away from media attention which should have been "C-Dove's" first clue to handle this situation behind the scenes, perhaps at a private doctors office; *****uming that it is only the truth that he is seeking of course. Whether Willie Norwood wants to admit it or not, C-Dove is his son. I went to C-Dove's my*****e and saw the pics and he and Ray J look just alike. Its a shame that C-Dove has to go to these lengths to prove who his father is...had C-Dove been a 10 year old boy, everybody would have been on Willie Norwood's a**. I know what this is like, and regardless of your age, you want to know who your parents are...I know who my mom and dad are but my dad is not on paper....My brother knows I'm his sister and my aunts/uncles and grandfather on my dad's side know I'm my father's child. My father is not here for me to have a DNA test but if he was I would still seek to have a DNA test at 40....What does Sonja have to lose at this point, the woman he was with was before her and guess what, should Willie die today (God forbid) then guess what, he can get a lawyer to have a DNA test and prove that he is an heir to this man and there is nothing no one can say about it. Seriously... Can we positively say this is his son? NO! Not defending either way, but damn. Can we find out before we decide Mr. Norwood ain't crap. I have seen many times where "yup he/she looks just like him. I know that's his baby" turn into "Damn, I thought. I ain't sleep with *****ody else". With rumors now a days going on, we can't be sure what to think. I will say this, if it's not true take the test.

I am amazed that in the world we live in there are so many cold hearted and selfless individuals .
