Women Terrorize Wendy's Employee With Stun Gun For Not Putting Mayo On Sandwich [Video]

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

People are clearly very serious when it comes to ordering at a fast food restaurant and making sure that they get everything they order.

An employee of Wendy's was allegedly assaulted when a woman slapped him in his face after failing to remember to include the mayonnaise and mustard with her order.

The slap, apparently, wasn't enough as reports are stating that the woman, along with her accomplice, left for a second, came back, entered the building, and began to terrorize the employee with a pink stun gun.

Dad Accused Of Throwing Naked Son In Oven For Stealing Money From His Wallet [Video]

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

In other countries where thieves have their limbs cut off for stealing, this new method implemented by a father on his son definitely takes the cake in terms of innovations.

A father hailing from Staten Island is being accused of forcing his 9-year-old son into an oven, naked, because he was under the belief that he had taken money from his wallet, according to a report.

So, people are trying to make live gingerbread men these days huh?

Although authorities are stating that the oven was never turned on with the boy inside, James Moss, 52, allegedly turned on the stove burner and placed the boy's hands over it for around 2 minutes, which resulted in the child suffering second and third-degree burns.

“My son stole some money from my wallet and I burnt him and burnt his hand on the stove,” Moss told cops, according to court papers obtained by the Advance.

Drake Tacks Verse To Alicia Keys' "Un-Thinkable"

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

“I need you to rescue me from my destiny, I'm trying to live right and give you whatever's left of me…”

With other rappers laying down their 16 bars to Alicia Keys' standout single from The Element Of Freedom, "Un-Thinkable", it only makes sense for it to come full circle and allow Drake to provide his verse.

The rapper WAS the first one originally featured on the song anyway, although some might not have been aware of his mean pen game in getting the track written.

Thoughts???  Did Drake come through correct or were his backup vocals enough the first time?

White Neo-Nazi Supremacist Facing 5 Years For Mailing Noose To NAACP Chapter President

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

Daniel Lee Jones could be facing up to 5 years in prison and fined up to $250-thousand after pleading guilty to a 2008 hate crime.

The Portland Oregon man mailed a hangman's noose to an Ohio NAACP leader and was charged with using the U.S. postal Service to send a threatening communication to the Lima, Ohio chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, the U.S. Justice Department announced.

“A noose is an unmistakable symbol of hate in our nation, and it was used in this case to intimidate an individual for exercising his right to speak out and advocate on behalf of others,” said Thomas E. Perez, assistant attorney general of the Civil Rights Division. “The Department of Justice will vigorously prosecute those who resort to violent threats to silence such advocates, especially when that threat is motivated by hate.”

F.M. Jason Upthegrove, president of the Lima NAACP, received the noose on Valentine's Day in 2008.

Jones had beef with Upthegrove because he spoke out against police brutality of African-American citizens and criticized Jones' white supremacist group's mailing of hate flyers related to the shooting of an African-American woman by a member of the Lima Police Department.

The family of Tanika Wilson later settled with a wrongful death lawsuit for $2.5 million after the police killed her while in search of her boyfriend for suspicion of selling drugs.

Upthegrove said in an article with Toledo Blade,

"I want a message to be sent, I want the message to be severe, and I want him to think - and people who think like him to think - that there are consequences for what they are doing,"

Update: Police Who Killed 7-Year-Old Girl Were Filming For TV Show

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

The family of a 7-year-old Detroit girl shot and killed by police is blaming then incident on the presence of camera crews filming police for a reality crime show.

As previously reported Aiyana Jones was killed Sunday when police barged into her family's home searching for a homicide suspect.

After releasing a flash grenade which reportedly burned the child, an officer's weapon accidentally discharged and fatally struck the child in the neck.

Detroit police spokesman John Roach has confirmed that the raid and attempted arrest were being filmed for an upcoming episode of A&E's “First 48” television show.

Spokesman Roach told reporters that investigators would review the footage to determine what went wrong.

Attorney Kari Mitchell tells the Detroit News that the family of the little girl is placing blame on the cameras, saying that police “were excited; they were on TV...They didn't have to throw a grenade through the front window when they knew there were children in there.”

Attorney Mitchell also adds,

“"We're not indicating the officer's actions were intentional. We know it was an accident, but the method that they used in executing the search warrant was flawed. The family understands that the officer is not a monster. He didn't intentionally shoot a 7-year-old girl.”

Detroit police are continuing to dispute reports that neighbors told them there were children in the home and showed them toys in the family's front yard.

Lil Cease Compares Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj To Notorious B.I.G. and Lil Kim

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

Is this some form of Hip-Hop blasphemy or something?

Known for being part of Biggie Smalls' clique during the Junior M.A.F.I.A. days when the rapper was alive, Lil Cease is one of the rare rappers today that can say they were actually with the late great Black Frank White.

With that being said, it's almost puzzling that Cease would make such a claim and state that Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj are the most comparable to Lil Kim and The Notorious B.I.G.

An interview with MTV revealed what Cease finds in Ross that he saw in his late friend.

"He's lyrically hands-on. Just his whole swag, to me, he's just the dude. That big black dude. Every time I see him, he gives the feel of just B.I. Just his whole (more...)

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

Although Swizz Beatz may have won the battle, snagging Alicia Keys as his new piece, his former wife, Mashonda Dean, is surely looking to get the last laugh as she is taking the producer to court.

Reports are showing that the singer is demanding funds from her former husband for unpaid child support payments.

Filing the paperwork in Manhattan Supreme Court two weeks ago, hopefully Swizzy is coming with a new banger as she is claiming that he already owes her $334,000 in missed payments.
