Lil Wayne May Have Sentence Extended For “Infraction” [Video]
Friday, May 14th, 2010The rules are just that, and meant to be broken by no one, no matter how much fame and fortune a person has.
For Lil Wayne, the discovery of an MP3, a charger and headphones may have landed the rapper in deeper trouble as there are reports that his actions may cost him extra time on the Island.
Regarding it as an infraction, or a violation, the next step is solely dependent on the level the infraction is when he goes to trial. It has already been rumored that his job as suicide prevention aid could be in jeopardy as well.
“Level one is the worst. Then you have [level] two or three. [This infraction] could be a level (more...)
Sorority Facing Suspension For Trashing Slavery Museum
Friday, May 14th, 2010Members of Alpha Xi Delta sorority at Miami University are facing a two year suspension after administrators say they held a party at a slavery museum and destroyed property by vomiting and urinating.
The incident took place March 26 in Ohio at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center where the girls are accused of excessive drinking; bringing alcohol in concealed bottles and flasks, vomiting in various places while their male guests left puddles of urine on bathroom floors.
One administrator also claims that he had to stop a drunken man from urinating on one of the museum's exhibits.
The organization has since apologized to the Freedom Center and says it was "saddened by the inappropriate behavior.”
Earlier this week another sorority at Miami University, Pi Beta Phi, was disciplined after the owner of a lodge they rented complained of catching the students urinating in his sinks and couples having sex.
Pi Beta has been suspended for one year.

Man Gets Community Service For Sexually Assaulting Boy With Soda Bottle
Friday, May 14th, 2010A former student at the Maryland School For The Deaf was sentenced to 250 hours of community service for holding down a 16-year-old boy and sexually assaulting him with a soda bottle.
Prosecutors say 20-year-old Tyler Dilks, a former wrestler at the school standing at 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 220 pounds, held the boy down so that he and three others could sodomize him with various objects including a soda bottle and a bottle of hand sanitizer.
Dilks pleaded guilty to second degree assault Wednesday as part of a plea deal for the October 2009 crime. Through the deal, the court decided not to give him a three year prison term and dropped sex offense and conspiracy charges.
Instead he will perform 250 hours of community service and have 2 years of supervised probation.
A defense attorney for Dilks told the judge that he was only guilty of “rough housing” and “horse play.”

Virgins To Be Auctioned Off For Vegas Reality Show
Friday, May 14th, 2010An Australian director has come up with a controversial plot for a new reality show; recruiting virgins willing to auction off their virginity to the highest bidder in Las Vegas.
Director Justin Sisely has put together a group of male and female participants willing to sell themselves for $20,000 and 90% of the auction price.
The show was originally set to be taped in Australia but after being threatened with charges of prostitution, Sisely moved the show to its Vegas location at a brothel.
The director recruited for the show last year by advertising with a sign of the Virgin Mary that said,
“Virgins wanted, $20,000 each.”
The Daily Telegraph reports that one of the male virgins known as “Alex” applied as a way to meet someone while another candidate, “Ronan”, claims he was sick of “waiting for the right girl and would consider any offers.
Another participant, “John”, tells the paper that he's willing to have sex with a male or female bidder.
One of the female participants, Veronica, says she doesn't think she's prostituting herself and tells The Daily Telegraph,
"Technically I'm selling my virginity for money, technically that would be classified as prostitution, but it's not going to be a regular thing, so in my head I can justify that I'm not going to be a prostitute."
The TV show could face opposition however if Nevada lawmakers find it to be in violation of the Mann Act., a law that prohibits bringing females across state lines for "immoral purposes.”
