A 22-year-old Chicago man is in police custody after they say he approached a 3-year-old girl in a courthouse, grabbed her by the buttocks, and French kissed her.
Police report that Christopher Marciano was at a Cook County courthouse Tuesday morning to be fitted for a global positioning device when officers noticed him behaving sporadically.
Sheriff deputies report that Marciano was singing and dancing to himself and was taken to aprobation office because he was becoming a distraction.
Police say when he entered the office he walked over to a 3-year-old girl and asked her what her name was.
When the girl went to reply, Marciano reportedly groped her behind and put his tongue into her open mouth to kiss her.
The child's family members quickly intervened and authorities took him into custody.
He faces charges of criminal sexual abuse and aggravated battery.
He will appear in court on June 15 to face those charges.
Whoever thought something as simple as being locked up was a roadblock to making money, they are clearly just lazy and using circumstances as an excuse.

With Jones essentially controlling the career of his former associate, a judge ruled that Jimmy could no longer have a hold on the incarcerated rapper's publishing rights.

Rumors have been swirling for weeks about the mysterious bump that Alicia Keys has been sporting in the tummy area, well it looks like the rumors were actually true.
According to confirmed reports and the couples separate publicists, Alicia is pregnant with her first child by super producer Swizz Beatz.
In addition to expecting, the couple also announced that they will be tying the knot later this year.
Swizz Beatz, who has a child and was previously married to singer Mashonda, officially became single earlier this month.
Congrats to the couple.
