Despite being incarcerated at Rikers Island prison in New York, Lil Wayne has just been sentenced for a drug charge in Arizona.
As previously reported Lil Wayne pleaded guilty earlier this month to one count of possession of a dangerous drug stemming from a 2008 incident in Yuma, Arizona where authorities found cocaine, ecstasy and a loaded handgun on his tour bus.
Now after deliberation a judge granted him three years probation which he will begin immediately after he's released from prison in November.

A new trend is taking place in China that involves Chinese businessmen “renting” white actors in order to appear attractive to other businesses.
The practice emerges from the Chinese concept of “face”, also known as a positive public image.
This allows Chinese businessmen to boost their image and show that they hold international appeal within the business world.

48 inmates in Virginia jails are being punished after authorities say they won't comply with the state's rules that requires hair to be kept above a shirt collar and prohibits beards.
The Associated Press previously reported in May that 10 Rastafarian inmates had been in segregation for more than 10 years for refusing to comply with the grooming policy, which calls for hair to be kept above the shirt collar and bans beards.
Now new numbers have been uncovered and show that 48 men are being isolated for the “crime.”

As previously reported last week, Black Eyed Peas front-man Will.I.Am had his Bentley broken into where $10,000 worth of jewelry and his ipad were stolen.
According to TMZ, in order to locate the perpetrator, he used the ipad's tracking device, where he was able to locate the thief and then forward the information to police. Police were able to regain the rapper's possessions and are close to arresting the thief.

Jennifer Hudson has decided to break her silence and speak on the 2008 slayings of her mother, brother and nephew.
During her VH1 Behind The Music, the singer/actress addressed the murders and how she coped with the tragic event.
"[I was] inside one room with just family and friends coming in and out," she said. "I prayed when I'd get up in the morning and prayed before I laid down at night."

A Missouri Veterans hospital may have exposed over 1,600 patients to HIV and Hepatitis.
This happened when some dental technicians at John Cochran Veterans Administration Hospital washed their own tools, when they should have been sent to the hospitals sanitizing and sterilizing department.
This is due to the fact that the hand washing instruments only kills a certain amount of bacteria, but is ineffective in killing viruses like HIV and Hepatitis. The hand washing method used by the technicians started in (more...)

Just a month after landing in headlines for announcing that he was engaged and expecting with Alicia Keys, Swizz Beatz is making news again---this time for reportedly owing the state of New York over $2.2 million in back taxes.
The IRS has filed a $652,727 lien against Swizzy, real name Kasseem Dean, on June 3 stating that he owed income taxes from 2008.

During Kanye West's comeback performance at Sunday's BET awards, the G.O.O.D. Music head was seen performing his single “Power” and toting an incredibly large chain around his neck.
Now days later, reports have surfaced that Yeezy's own version of a “Big A** Chain” and other jewelry cost him over $300,000.
During his performance Ye wore several symbolic pieces including his over-sized necklace of Horus, the god of the sky, war and protection in Egyptian religion.
