Judge Refuses To Revoke Michael Jackson's Former Doctor's License

Michael Jackson's former doctor, who was charged with involuntary manslaughter in February, will maintain his license.

Los Angeles superior Court Judge, Michael Pastor, refused to suspend the California medical license of Dr. Conrad Murray.

A suspension of his license would have canceled Murray's ability to practice medicine in the state, which is what California authorities were striving for.

Murray's legal team fought this restriction because they feared it would cause authorities in Texas and Nevada to take the same action. Murray has clinics in both of these states as well.

While this is one victory for the Murray camp, he still has a long legal battle ahead of him. The case on whether or not he is responsible for killing Michael Jackson is sure to be long and drawn out.

But nevertheless this small victory has to give Murray some positive feelings after months of negativity for the Doctor.

    The same people who approved Bush and Cheney's illegal war which killed thousands of Americans and allowed the rampant decimation of our economy, judged themselves fit to dishonor one of the most significant humanitarians of the 20th century
    by walking out of congress rather than observe a few minutes silence when the news on Jackson's death broke.

    This is not about whether or not you were a fan. This is about recognizing that somethingbeyond vicious was done to an innocent man, three children have been deprived of their father and that those responsible are not accountable. If Murray was negligent, let him serve his term.

    But the truth is:

    Murray didn't extort Michael Jackson and Murray wasn't part of the willing media mob that ignored the obscenity of Tom Sneddon's baseless prosecution and got paid while doing it.
