Wednesday, August 11th, 2010Hours after she was pronounced dead, a baby in Mexico was found breathing.
The 17 year old mother Dafne Marisol, had delivered her daughter prematurely. When Hernandez's daughter was born, she weighed only 1.3 pounds and soon after, doctors could no longer hear a pulse and declared her dead.
She was left in a mortuary for more than four hours before being given back to the family.
"We know that premature babies can't take even a minute of cold conditions, let alone the temperature of a morgue," "It's not normal that she survived", claims hospital director Adolfo Martinez.
The baby had already been placed in a coffin and was set to be buried-when her mother heard movements and crying coming from inside.
Upon opening the coffin, it was discovered that the baby was alive and healthy.

Wednesday, August 11th, 2010A man robbing a local Atlanta hotel was caught on surveillance footage shooting a clerk before accidentally shooting and killing himself.
Detectives say an unidentified man walked into a Travelodge Hotel near Hartsfield Jackson Airport and robbed and shot 19-year-old hotel clerk Vrajesh Patel.
Surveillance footage captured the incident showing the man stopping by a vending machine before walking up to the counter and pulling out a gun on the teen.
Other patrons can be seen on the tape completely oblivious of the incident until the robber fires a shot into Patel's stomach sending money flying.
Police say the man was found dead after a second bullet from the gun ricocheted and struck him in the head.
They believe the force of the first blast caused the gun to fire a second time, killing the robber instantly.
Patel has been hospitalized but is expected to make a full recovery.
Police are still searching for a second man, believed to the robber's accomplice.

Groom Accidentally Kills 3 Family Members At Wedding
Wednesday, August 11th, 2010A groom in Turkey has been arrested after authorities say he accidentally shot and killed three of his family members at his wedding.
Police say Tevfik Altin was celebrating his wedding by firing an AK-47 when he lost control of the automatic weapon and accidentally shot and killed his father and two aunts before injuring six others.
Altin has reportedly been arrested in the village of Akcagoze in southeastern Turkey.
Authorities says guns are often fired at weddings, circumcisions and sporting events as part of the celebration.
A guest of the wedding described the melee to CNN Turk saying,
“It happened very quickly. We all tried to take cover and there was blood all over. We are all very sad right now…The injured guests included three children aged 10, 12 and 16.”
