Miami boss and Diddy protégé Rick Ross is in the process of negotiating a re-release of Teflon Don for fans this November.

According to published reports, Ross has been in negotiations with his label home Def Jam to re-release his sophomore album in hopes to increase his overall album sales of this summer’s highly anticipated release due to the project not selling enough units to reach gold status.

According to Billboard despite the heavy appearances of Ne-Yo, Cee-Lo, Jay Z and Kanye WestTeflon Don has only sold a total of 405,000 to date since its July 20th release.

Ross like his counterparts Eminem and Raekwon, hopes that a re-release with bonus material may increase the overall album sales that plays a major part in the success of the project.

Rick Ross, who announced the pending plans of the re-release to fans via Twitter, has also been making headway by being the only non-athlete and musician to appear in a NIKE ad campaign.

“Negotiating The Teflon Don Re-Release with few new bangers..#UntouchableTeflonDon..November Mo’ Rozayyyy”

As previously reported, the Nike ad, which debuted during the season’s first regular game, shows Ross walking into a store and pick up a large chain with a large pendant made in his own image, that talks.

The line and concept of the ad is “Boom”.
