Nicki Minaj Not Judging Simon Cowell's ‘X-Factor'

Nicki Minaj will not be a judge on Simon Cowell's upcoming talent show, this according to reps for the Young Money mistress.

As previously reported the New York Post confirmed that Nicki and Cowell spoke in person about her involvement in the show some weeks ago in Los Angeles.

The Post's source was quoted as saying,

“Simon thinks Nicki is fantastic. She's sassy, she looks great and she has bags of personality."

Now however reps for Minaj have shot down the rumor and tell TMZ,

“There's nothing going on with ['X Factor'].”

Nicki is currently on the I Am Still Music Tour with Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and Travis Barker.

"X Factor” is slated to begin this fall with auditions starting  Sunday (March 27).

As previously reported, Cowell has already enlisted former Chairman and CEO of Island Def Jam L.A. Reid to become a judge for the American version of the popular British talent series.

Reid resigned from his post at the at the storied label on last Thursday (March 17).
