Last night, up-and-coming singer/songwriter Nikkiya performed her first show, hosted by Yelawolf, to a packed crowd at 595 North in Atlanta, GA.
The show, presented by producer Will Power’s Supahot Beats and Yelawolf’s Slumerican, was held as Nikkiya’s debut, proving that she’s definitely an artist to get familiar with in 2011.
Opening acts Rittz and STS set the tone early with great opening act performances, but there was no question that the night belonged to Nikkiya.
The South Carolina songstress amazed the crowd with performances of “SpeakHer Sex” alongside Yelawolf, “Other Shyte” with Jackie Chain, and her own standouts, like the smoke-something anthem “When I Was High” and the woman scorned revenge song “Cheaters.”
