British Prime Minister's Close Friend Found Dead In A Portable Toilet At Glastonbury Music Festvial
A close friend of British Prime Minister David Cameron has been found dead in a portable toilet at the Glastonbury music festival.
Cameron said he was devastated to hear of the death of Christopher Shale, who chaired his West Oxfordshire constituency's Conservative Association.
Cameron said Shale was a "close and valued friend."
It was not immediately clear how Shale died Sunday, but local police confirmed his death.
This comes just weeks after the 10th death (2 this year) was reported at the Bonnaroo Festival, held in Tennessee.
Glastonbury is a fixture of Britain's music calendar.
170,000 people have descended on a farm in southwestern England for the entertainment extravaganza, which includes sets by Beyonce, Cee-Lo, Coldplay and many more.
What do you think festivals should do to make their events safer?
