J.Cole's "Work Out" Goes Platinum
J.Cole has continued to shock the world with his achievements; a Grammy Nomination, a #1 Album, a Gold plaque, and now a Platinum plaque for his single "Work Out." Not long ago, Cole tweeted the picture below:
This is another testament to staying true to yourself and what it is you believe in. Cole was recently named as one of Hip-Hop Wired's Top 10 New School MC's, citing his overall talent, which has translated into a list of outstanding achievements.
Prior to Cole's 2011 debut, Cole World: The Sideline Story, the Roc Nation artist released several mixtapes that were well received and a testament to his overall artistry. However, over time doubts began to pile up over whether or not Jay-Z's shadow was hindering Cole's growth. The North Carolina product keeps proving his doubters wrong, accolade after accolade.
